You may request deletion of your Refraino account and related personal data. You can revoke TikTok authorization at any time in TikTok settings.
How to Submit a Request
- Sign in to the Refraino creator workspace and go to "Me → Privacy and Data Requests"
- Choose access, export, correction, or deletion and describe the scope of your request
- The platform will provide status updates on the request page, with a target response deadline of 30 days
Scope of Deletion
- User profiles, creator bindings, and OAuth token references
- Personal identifiers in applications/tasks/content submissions (excluding financial records that must be retained by law)
- Settled ledgers may be retained in anonymized form to meet accounting requirements
